I only dreamed of a company such as yours for us persons that need easy access to our computers and internet. I only wish I knew about this when you all first started! I started with computers when they first came out, but having a company like yours to explain in English and simple language so I can actually understand what is going on is a miracle. Thank you for doing the things I needed to do to keep my computer safe and secure. I have had my credit cards relaced a minimum of 5 times this past year due to being stolen, and a big inconvenience.
