REFUND CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
We offer a refund/cancellation policy for all our customers. If you are not satisfied with the product or service, you can contact us to request a refund or cancellation within 15 to 30 days respectively. You will need to provide your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund or cancellation.
-Products we sell and setup will be subject to the particular brand’s refund policy.
-Services Online consultations i.e. Professional fee are one time non refundable charges as they will be charged after service is complete.
-Product returns are subject to the particular brand manufacturer’s refund policy.
-Onsite Service calls for hardware setup i.e. POS etc. setup are also non-refundable.
-Subscriptions are refundable for a period of 90 days & on pro-rata basis afterwards.
